This 103-foot fly bridge megayacht from Italian manufacturer Azimut was launched at the recent Dubai boat show, where it become the new flagship of the brand’s Open range.

Above deck
Aerodynamic windshield, convex side windows, electric hardtop and the brand’s signature six square side portholes are all familiar features in the Azimut S range. All the key elements of the brand’s image are to be found on board the 103S, remarkably designed by Stefano Righini, who has achieved a sleek and elegant silhouette despite the size of the vessel. The bow contains a large sundeck surrounded by a high guardrail, and the saloon leads into a smaller lounge area where passengers can face the direction of travel. There is a second helm on the fly bridge, along with sun loungers and an on-deck saloon. The rear of the fly-bridge partially shelters yet another outdoor saloon in the cockpit. The tender stowage area is large enough to hold a small inflatable tender and a jet-ski.

Below deck
Impressive is the best word for the light inside the wheelhouse, flooded by sunlight through the numerous bay windows. This makes for a very pleasant space, with a saloon area with couches facing the bar and a dining table that sits eight. The helm station is also superb yet discreet. There are two accesses to the lower deck, one reserved for the extremely well-equipped high-end galley, and the other leading to the yacht’s four cabins. As usual the owner’s cabin is in the centre and takes up the entire width of the yacht, with the six square portholes offering magnificent sea views. Guests can choose between a double cabin in the bow, or two adjoining twin cabins. Needless to say, each cabin has its own bathroom. True to the brand’s winning formula, the interior is designed by Carlo Galeazzi, who once again has excelled in the choice of materials used and the overall effect.

Engines
The 103S does nothing by halves, least of all when it comes to engine power. Equipped with two 2434 HP engines, this impressively powerful yacht can achieve breathtaking peak speeds of 34 knots according to the manufacturer.
