Atlantis Verve Outboard : plenty of « Verve » in this 12 meters walk around

After  its success in the U.S., distribution has begun worldwide for the Atlantis Verve with outboard motors.

There is plenty of ‘Verve’ in the powerful version with three outboard motors on the 12 meter walk-around signed Atlantis. Presented in February 2013 to the American public, it is now made available throughout the rest of the world.

To better meet the needs and tastes of  Verve lovers, Atlantis designers faced a new challenge, that of  maintaining all the features of the Verve in terms of internal division of spaces and roominess, while adding the power and performance guaranteed by the 3 Mercury Verado 300 hp outboard motors, which allow boatmen  to reach a maximum speed of up to 43 knots, with all the advantages offered by this type of motor, starting with convenience and also ease in maintenance.  You will also be able to choose between a version with a T-Top, for ultimate comfort, or pure open with no top, so as to better enjoy the privilege of its speed.

As with the onboard version, even the Verve Outboard is a ‘plug & cruise’ walk-around with large spaces both inside and out, simple to drive, with an eye-catching design that lends itself easily to both day cruising, as well as to cruises lasting several days. The goal of the designers was to propose a new look without changing the characteristics of the “sister model”, which made the Verve a much appreciated boat.

The new outboard propulsion system with a tri-motor configuration, to begin with, does not affect the internal layout, organized in separate spaces. This is an essential plus, allowing you to greatly exceed the capabilities of a normal day-cruiser, allowing for a comfort on board, even for multi-day cruises, and also thanks to the typical advantages of the adoption of the outboard motor: easily manageable, simple maintenance, and high performance.

Something new also with regard to its exterior look: you can choose whether to opt for a pure open configuration, with  no top  like a real speedboat, in favor of the pleasure of its cruising speed or, for a more comfortable ride, equipped with a fiberglass T-Top with an extremely elegant design and supporting structure in tubular steel, which covers the entire driving area and outdoor kitchen. The windshield has also radically changed: a new profile characterizes it and emphasizes the racing mood of the Verve, while reinforcing its open vocation. The steering position, consisting of three separate seats, retains a central position, in order to allow maximum visibility and safety in navigation, which was already appreciated in the inboard motor version.

Naturally, all the better remains of the original Verve: lots of space and amenities available on deck, with a large sundeck that, in a few moves and without moving the cushions, is transformed into a functional table for six people. The stylish and well equipped wet bar (100 lt fridge) completes the set-up of the cockpit, along with an external grill and a sink for a versatile, livable  space at all times of the day. The bow’s sundeck, while maintaining ample walkways on the walk-around,  is still very spacious and can comfortably accommodate more people.

Spaces are bright and airy also below deck: the dining area is equipped with a kitchenette with a microwave, another refrigerator (80 lt) or, optionally, a refined  wine cooler. Opposite the  kitchen is a comfortable sofa that converts to a bed with just a simple gesture. The dinette leads to the bathroom characterized by considerable heights, a large shower, and natural ventilation through a porthole, another strongpoint  for the boat.

The dinette leads to the master cabin, which ensures comfort and privacy while maintaining a significant size and a bed in a central position, with two wardrobes and easy access thanks to a sliding door.

The choice of materials and the precise finishings below deck are the unmistakable ‘Verve’ signature: a new  streaked walnut wood was used for the interior (with bed frame embellished in wengè color braided leather finish), while coverings and details are in dark brown leather. The two ottoman with containers can be removed and placed in front of the sofa to comfortably accommodate up to six people for lunch also below deck.

Externally, the cockpit has the same natural shades taken from the indoor dining area, which  integrates seamlessly with the clean, rigorous lines of the structure: sofas  with beige upholstery, while the table is varnished teak, as are the side teak walk-arounds.

Finally, among the most popular accessories are a multimedia center, equipped with a functional control panel and display for controls found both in the dashboard, as well as the sundeck. Control your entire audio / video system on board. This is a solution that offers maximum freedom: systems independent from each other, above and below deck, allow you to listen to your favorite playlist while relaxing in the sun while, maybe, your guests  enjoy a movie.
