Cruisers Yachts 300 Express

12/2005 –

Construction
The 300 Express from American manufacturer Cruisers is one of the most
compact models in the range, measuring in at 9.40 metres by 18 metres.
The Cruisers brand's French importer is Azur Performance, based in
Saint-Raphaël. The Express range, comprised of some 15 different
models, has an excellent reputation and is one of the top-selling US
brands on the French market. Cruisers is above all known for its
modularity and spaciousness combined with maximum comfort.

Above deck

The flowing lines of the 300 Express are remarkable, and are in no way
broken by the windshield or by the impressive hardtop. The cockpit is
based on the traditional design for American open cruisers, with a
two-part deck design. Against the transom, there is a bench seat with
starboard access to the rear bathing platform. The slightly raised helm
station is also on the starboard side, opposite a second bench seat.
The US manufacturer offers two cockpit layouts, with the saloon
positioned either against the transom, or further forward with
protection from the windshield. There are no catwalks on this open
cruiser, but the central opening in the windshield allows access to the
forward sundeck.

Below deck

The interior of the Cruisers 300 Express, all 9.40 metres of her, is spacious
and comfortable. There are no partitions, with only one door, leading
to the shower room. The double berth in the bow can be separated by a
privacy curtain, and a second berth is located in the centre of the
boat, beneath the steps that lead up to the cockpit. The rest of the
interior is given over to a fully equipped port-side galley and a
half-moon bench seat with table that serves as a small salon. The
absence of partitions makes for a spacious interior and the brand's
know-how is present in the high-quality finishings and outstanding
cabinetwork.

Engines
To fit this model's sleek, sporty lines, Cruisers offers a wide choice
of engines. The 300 Express can be equipped with 2×160 hp diesel
engines, or with gas engines from  2 x 270 hp up to a maximum of 2
x 320 hp. The manufacturer claims a maximum speed of just over 30
knots.
