Benetti USA : Fabrizio Scerch new Country Manager and new After Sales organization

With the purpose of widening the oversight on the strategic international markets, Benetti, part of the Azimut Benetti Group, is carrying out some important organisational changes that affect the commercial and after sales area; the aim is to strengthen relationships with the network of Brokers and, above all, to enhance customer service as well as Lifetime Customer Care processes.

As from September 1st, 2013, Fabrizio SCERCH is in charge as Country Manager Americas in Azimut Benetti USA Inc., with the task of managing processes as a whole: sales, marketing and customer satisfaction.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering at La Sapienza University in Rome and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Fabrizio SCERCH has more than 15 years experience in the sales and marketing sector for major multinational brands in the automotive and shipbuilding sectors.

Tommaso BILOTTA, in his role as Area Manager Americas, will retain responsibility for the coordination of sales activities for the Americas as a whole, in order to further strengthen the presence on the market. The Benetti Sales Department remains in the hands of Alberto PERRONE da ZARA.

At the same time, according with the new after sales global strategy introduced in early 2013 named “Benetti_Lifetime Customer Care” , client’s services processes will be strengthened too and even better structured in a new functional area composed by 23 professionals and now coordinated by Alessandro GALLIFUOCO in charge as Quality and After Sales Manager. Both customers and the product itself will benefit from the synergy between the two areas and from their greater “centrality”, in terms of effectiveness of the service, also thanks to continuous and structured 360° feedback processes.

“The United States, and the Americas in general, are key markets for Benetti and the international experience of Fabrizio Scerch allows us to take an important step forward in Benetti’s policy to oversee the areas with the highest growth rate. The goal is to further consolidate relationships with the network of brokers and, what’s more important, with existing and potential customers, being side by side throughout the yacht’s life-cycle, from its design and construction to final delivery. This all, without forgetting about the after-sales cycle, which has always been a part of Benetti’s philosophy,” commented Vincenzo Poerio –Benetti CEO.
