One of the finest classic yachts available for charter, the 35m motor yacht Over the Rainbow was originally delivered by Dickie & Sons in 1930. Known for her rich and colourful past, she was commandeered by the Royal Navy following the start of World War II and used as a coastal patroller. Post-war she was renamed ‘Lady Jeanetta’ and travelled around the US before being used as a floating casino in the Mediterranean. In the late 1940s, she disappeared for many years only remerged to the charter market in the 1990s under the name ‘The Classic.’ Fully restored to her former glory in the 2000s and undergoing an extensive refit in 2017 she features her original wooden interiors and much of her original fittings. For example, the original mahogany panels in the dining room show the marks from where officers played darts during the war. Able to accommodate 11 guests in five staterooms, each room and ensuite bathroom features extravagant wooden panelling throughout, reflective of her age. Capable of housing a crew of five to meet your every need, she had also been updated with the most recent navigation and safety equipment.

For those who enjoy sailing, you’ll be sure to fall head over heels for the 35m schooner Firefly. Built by Dutch shipyard Claaseb Jachtbouw to a design from Hoek Design in 2011, she is the first from the Hoek 115-F series. Ideal for competitive and recreational racing, or a day out on the open seas, her expansive deck features a large open cockpit and separate cockpit for the helmsman. Her wooden interior is minimalistic, with space for a toiler, shower, small galley and navigation table. Able to accommodate 20 crew and guests, this classic sailing yacht is in a  league of her own.

Built by RMK Marine to a design from Willem De Vries Lentsch, she is sure to charm guests from the moment they step aboard. Her luxurious, yet understated interiors include a formal dining area and a more laid-back breakfast bar. Her authentic wooden panelling and decor are sure to put all her guests at ease while letting them soak up the authentic atmosphere on board. Her upper deck features an expansive sky lounge, with sundeck ideal for al-fresco dining. For those looking for some fun on the water while they enjoy her classical setting, Cornelia offers a wide range of watersports toys as well. Able to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests in four staterooms, this includes her master suite, one double and two twin staterooms. In addition, she is capable of housing a crew of five to see to all her guests’ needs.
